She also advised on corporate governance and supported regulatory filings. Furthermore, she managed high-value commercial contracts and sales processes for multinational corporations, guaranteeing legal accuracy and strategic value.
Atty. Arenas-Guanzon's commitment to ethical service is a cornerstone of the firm. She volunteers as a Supervising Lawyer at the CEU Office of the Legal Aid, mentoring practitioners and ensuring compliance.
